Jhonathan earned his B.B.A., in International Business Finance from the University of Houston, receiving his M.B.A from Tulane University, graduating with honors from both institutions. He holds Certifications in Data Analytics by the General Assembly of New York City, Credit Risk by Moody’s Omega Performance, and Lean Six Sigma, and Data Science at the Flat Iron NYC School of Data Sciences.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Jhonathan served as Senior Portfolio Manager at Provident Bank, before that a Credit Team Leader and Subject Matter Expert at Genpact International (a global AI services firm) before that a Credit Risk Portfolio Manager for BBVA Bank, overseeing different portfolios such as a $1 Billion portfolio in commercial banking, and a $700 million portfolio in private bank securities- after beginning his career at Bank of America.
